About the Job

As QHSE Director you will be an integral part of the senior management team reporting to the COO. You will develop and lead the business strategy, with full responsibility for delivering all areas of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) activities. Develop and implement a QHSE strategy that meets the needs of the current and future vision. Develop business systems that provide a framework of business-wide roles & responsibility, measurement, compliance and continuous improvement. - inline with best practice and legislative requirements. Ensure all products conform to specification and all legal obligations are fulfilled and ensuring all regulatory and accreditations are effectively managed

The Ideal Candidate

You will be experienced in a similar senior QHSE role, but you must have experience within the dairy industry. The role covers multiple sites, therefore will be home-based but you must be able to travel to the sites. You will be a strong leader and capable of managing and developing a large team.
