About the Role

This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that all products adhere to the client's specifications, to maximise product quality, food safety, and profitability for the clients. This will be achieved by ongoing continuous performance improvement against KPIs which have been agreed by the client, managing effective root cause analyses with Suppliers, and tracking performance improvement against agreed timelines.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone from a Food or Fresh Produce background. Also, someone with a strong track record in technical KPI management and delivery of improved quality and value performance with suppliers. Thorough understanding of root cause analyses, quality management systems, and food production systems. Someone who is willing and able to travel across Europe and beyond if necessary. Must have Auditor and HACCP experience.
