My client is a global luxury brand and multiple award winning English sparkling wine producer who is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Quality Control Manager to maintain standards while the current QM is away on maternity leave.

Applicants from a variety of backgrounds are encouraged to apply as knowledge of wines isn't essential, however, you will need to have experience of working in a lab based environment and micropipette testing.

As Quality Manager, you will be required to maintain quality standards and systems, collaborate on HACCP and food safety programmes, and train seasonal staff on lab techniques. You will need to be capable of producing detailed analysis reports, testing and blending samples, and bottle analysis. The role is fast paced and so demonstrable attention to detail and independent working will be required.
