We are excited to be working with this highly regarded, rural, commercial and residential property agency. This is a smaller firm with a brilliant reputation for working with a close-knit team. The firm has a network of offices across the Midlands as well as internationally.

An excellent opportunity exists for an MRICS qualified ambitious Rural Chartered Surveyor to join the team in Bury St Edmunds. This is a varied role and will consist of a diverse range of rural practice. They are looking to strengthen the team with a new ambitious Rural Surveyor who's ready to get stuck into a diverse range of rural practice working with some of the best agricultural clients in the market.

The Job:

Farm business, tenancies, stock taking, commercial valuations, rent reviews and lease reviews.
Offering technical and professional advice.
Valuing property and other assets.
Advising on legal issues.
Dealing with some of the best clients in the market.
Professional networking
Negotiating

The Candidate:

MRICS qualified
Driven and skilled at negotiating.
Great networker
Credible in all matters concerning agricultural property.
Knowledge of rural land management.
Able to work individually or as a team player.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
