An opportunity is available for an aspiring, commercially minded Rural Surveyor to work closely with the local office team and the business line head to consolidate and grow the rural consultancy business in the Highlands.

The role offers an opportunity to play a key part in developing the firm's business in Scotland by working with the Agency and Forestry teams in the Inverness office and other Scottish business lines. The position is expected to be at Associate Director level with scope to progress as the role and business develop.

The Job:
Farming, Valuation, Planning & Development, Commercial and Clients Accounts.
Identify and secure new rural business opportunities.
Estate Management
Mapping, GIS and Land Registration
Utilities & Compulsory Purchase
Energy Projects and Associated Infrastructure
Agricultural & Crofting Landlord & Tenant work
Sporting & Fishing
Environment & Natural Capital
Leisure & Tourism
Valuations

The Candidate:
MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor
Strong and effective team player within the local, regional and national business.
Aspiration and enthusiasm to develop their own professional reputation and profile and that of the firm.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Excellent IT skills including use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
