About The Role

This hybrid role will see you taking part in different agricultural practices within the business. You will predominantly be supporting in specialised seed production and treatment, running machinery, checking quality, and performing small in-house tests. You will also support in Research and Development including assessing trials, coordinating staff, and assisting with harvest.

The Ideal Candidate

This role is ideal for someone with a qualification in agriculture and a basic understanding of seed/trials. You may have some experience in trials, a lab environment or harvest with arable crops. Attention to detail is key, as you will be ensuring the seed is being always processed to the highest standards.
