I'm looking for an experienced Team Leader, Maintenance manager or Service manager with Food, Process and/or FMCG experience. Obviously, you'll have experience managing a team of engineers, but this role will provide you the opportunity to interact with customers on a daily basis, tackle client issues over the phone, and help grow and develop the budding team of engineers!
Based out of their brand-new facilities, you'll be able to travel UK to customer sites performing warranty checks, Pricing & Estimation work and Co-ordinating breakdown response, using your NVQ, C&G, HNC, HND, you'll be reading various technical drawings and P&IDs.
You'll be building lasting relationships with your clients and engineers, and with the business already doubling their count over the last 3 years, with no plans to stop, you'll have plenty of fresh faces in your team.
