Our Client
Our client is a large Salad grower, who are part of a large international company, with this branch near Colechester, working over 200Ha of land both outdoor and under cover. They are at the forefront of modern farming practices, and running modern farm equipment.

About the Role
As a Skilled Fresh Produce Worker, responsibilities will include completing all general farm tasks from maintaining equipment, to irrigating crops, drilling and cultivation. A large part of the role will be spraying and fertilising. This is a non exhaustive list and is a year round role. With a variety of winter tasks to be completed such as, green burning, crop cover, sanding and farm maintenance.

The Candidate
The client is looking for a candidate who is hard working and physically fit. Punctual and able to work unsupervised, with the ability to work longer irregular hours during peak times. With proven experience operating to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be someone with a a strong can do attitude and a keen eye for attention to detail.

As a large part of the role is spraying, PA1 and PA2 are required. Forklift/Telehandler certificates are desirable but not essential.
