The role

Responsible for ensuring all value-added products are compliant with legal and customer requirements regarding food safety and quality

Lead on preparing the manufacturing sites for audits

Auditing suppliers and production facilities

Ensure all technical requests are actioned in a timely manner

Effectively manage micro, nutritional, and organoleptic testing schedules

Management of key customers

The candidate

You will have food manufacturing experience and have worked within a technical/quality role for a minimum of 3 years Good experience in a customer-facing technical role

Experience in high care

Have experience with BRC, HACCP, audits, and retailer standards

Experience in managing a team

Have a flexible approach to work
