About our Client
We are working with a leading grower and packer of fresh produce, who have multiple sites supplying into leading retailers and foodservice customers 52 weeks a year and are looking to recruit a Lead Technical Manager for the business reporting into the Managing Director.

About the Role
This fantastic Technical Manager opportunity is ideal for someone wanting to lead the technical agenda for the business, working closing with the customers ensuring they always get the correct specification of product. You will have the ability to lead BRC, manage the supplier approval process, be "hands-on" on the management team and lead the technical team through coaching and mentoring.

The Ideal Candidate
For this role you will be currently working in a Technical Manager position within a fresh produce/food manufacturing business, you will have good working knowledge of retailer standards, will have been involved and led a BRC audit, have HACCP level 3, Food safety level 3. You will have excellent communication skills across the board and have a flexible approach to work.
