Technical Manager | Manufacturing | Lincolnshire

This is a great opportunity to manage and control the Technical function on site to ensure full conformity to customer requirements and customer manufacturing standards. The role reports into the Operations Manager and you will have full responsibility for all Technical areas and Quality Assurance.

The Job:

Proactive in the delivery and control of all matters relating to food safety, quality and compliance.
Lead all customer, regulatory & accreditation audits/visits.
Management of QMS
Dealing with key customer contacts and working in partnership with them to prevent food safety quality issues.

The Candidate:

Degree level in a food science/technology discipline
You will have a proven track record working in quality/technical management.
Excellent working knowledge of BRC, HACCP, TACCP & retailer requirements.
Experience of managing and leading a team.
