About Our Client

We are currently recruiting for a European-based business, that has a strong market within Horticulture equipment across the UK. They are a developed business that is trying to grow the UK-based team, which this position will be a pivotal member in.

About the Role

As the UK-based Training & Quality Manager, you will travel around the UK, to customers who handle the business's products. Within these businesses, you will ensure that training and handling standards are aligned with the company values and SOP's. You will provide training to customers where needed and discuss the business values.

The role will include traveling across the UK to distribution centers and customers, with the occasional travel into Europe to visit the head office.

The Ideal Candidate

Horticulture is not a necessity, however understanding Training, Distribution/Logistics, and keeping high standards within a workplace are pivotal to succeeding within this position. You will be energetic, passionate, and keen to develop relationships and standards across the customer base.
