What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the overall performance of a multi-site UK operation.

• Delivering profitable growth and operational improvement.

• Driving a business turnaround and transformation programme.

• Optimising manufacturing, supply chain and commercial performance.

• Developing a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.

• Building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and colleagues across the wider group.

What We're Looking For

• Senior leadership experience within food, FMCG or manufacturing.

• Proven P&L ownership and commercial acumen.

• Strong operational leadership in a multi-site environment.

• A track record of delivering change, transformation or turnaround programmes.

• An inspiring people leader who develops talent and builds high-performing teams.
