The Challenge

AMC Drinks is a growing drinks business with an ambitious agenda to expand its UK operations. As part of this growth, the business needed to strengthen relationships with its largest customer while driving innovation across its product portfolio.

The Senior Commercial Manager role was central to this strategy. The challenge lay in finding someone with strong FMCG and customer experience, particularly in manufacturing and private label project management, who could navigate a highly innovation-led environment. Beyond technical skills, cultural fit was critical: the successful candidate needed to integrate seamlessly into a small, close-knit team, building trust quickly and contributing to both strategic and operational priorities.

The Approach
