The Challenge
The National Association of Agricultural Contractors (NAAC) is the UK’s leading trade association for agricultural and rural contractors. It represents businesses providing specialist services to farmers and landowners, including crop production, harvesting, livestock and land management.
The NAAC supports its members through industry guidance, training, networking and technical advice, while also representing the interests of agricultural contractors with government and the wider industry. It also promotes professional standards and best practice across the contracting sector.
The Approach
Hannah was proactively working with a candidate who had experience in a similar area. Through a recently established relationship with the NAAC, Hannah became aware of a position they were looking to recruit for.
Given the specialist nature of the role and the challenges around finding the right candidate, external recruitment support was particularly valuable in helping the NAAC fill the vacancy.
