Assistant Farm Manager - Varfell Farms

What's the role?

You'll be joining the operations team as an Assistant Farm Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of crop production, harvest and farm resource management. This is a hands-on role where you'll be learning from experienced managers while also taking ownership of key tasks and leading seasonal teams.

What do I need?

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Agriculture would be great
  • A desire to build a long-term career in fresh produce farming
  • Hands-on experience or interest in precision farming and crop management
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset - you'll be working closely with other managers and seasonal staff
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Spraying licences, NRoSO qualifications are desirable but not essential
