Rural Surveying, Estate Management and Utilities are intrinsically linked to the Food and Agri supply chains where, as a business, we spend a lot of our time. We have always chosen markets where we feel we can add maximum value and credibility. All our markets have a pronounced shortage of candidates, but this shortage is the case in extremis in Rural Professionals. Most of our time in this market is spent networking with high calibre ‘passive’ candidates who may not yet be looking for their next job move. Given the niche nature of the sector, you must partner with a recruiter who understands the day-to-day challenges faced by the companies, employees and candidates who specialise in these areas.
