Born and raised in Grantham, Kieran holds an undergraduate BSc Sports and Exercise Science degree from Leeds Metropolitan University. With a background in the private healthcare industry, he has delivered lifestyle interventions within the community, helping people to achieve health outcomes and prevent long-term diseases. This experience of assisting people with improving their living circumstances naturally led him into the recruitment industry.

Both my mum and my grandma were in hospital giving birth at the same time in 1995. Mum having her only child and Grandma having her 5th child at 34 years old. My aunt and I were born on the same day in the same ward!
