We’re looking forward to taking part in the HTA South West Regional Event on 11th September – and while we won’t be there in person, we’ll still be part of the conversation.
Our very own Rae Goss will be dialing in remotely to deliver a session on Recruitment and Retention from 2:00pm to 2:30pm.
Organised by the Horticultural Trades Association (HTA), the South West Regional Event will bring together garden centres, growers, suppliers, and service providers from across the region to share knowledge, explore industry challenges, and celebrate successes.
In Rae’s session, she’ll cover the latest insights on attracting and keeping great people – including how businesses can stand out in today’s competitive market, the importance of culture in retention, and practical steps to make recruitment more effective.
