HTA West Midlands Regional Event

​We’re looking forward to joining the HTA West Midlands Regional Event this 16th October, held at the well-respected Pershore College - and we’re proud to share that our colleague Sarah Want also be speaking at the event about recruitment challenges and the opportunities through working with an agency!

Organised by the Horticultural Trades Association (HTA), these regional events offer a fantastic platform to engage with the horticulture community, share ideas, and explore the opportunities and challenges currently facing the sector.

As recruitment specialists deeply embedded in the world of horticulture and garden retail, we’re passionate about supporting the growth of people and businesses in this space. During the event, we’ll be sharing insights around recruitment trends, attracting the next generation into the industry, and how businesses can better position themselves to find – and keep – great people.

Pershore College, part of WCG (Warwickshire College Group), is a brilliant venue for this conversation – known for nurturing future talent in the sector and offering top-class horticultural education.
