IFST Autumn Conference 2026

​We’re looking forward to attending the IFST Autumn Conference 2026 (AC26), organised by the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) on 13 October 2026 at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham. This is the Institute’s flagship annual event, bringing together leaders, innovators and experts from across the food system for a full day of practical presentations, expert panels and thought‑provoking discussions.

The conference is designed to explore key issues and opportunities shaping the future of food, spanning topics that matter to professionals across industry, academia and policy. Alongside the programme of sessions, there’s a dedicated networking session to continue conversations and strengthen professional connections.
