Team Administrator

We are currently working with an exciting business that is based in the Truro area. They are now looking for an energetic and naturally cooperative individual to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • General front desk admin: Answering phone calls, dealing with post, welcoming visitors, filing, and ordering supplies for the office.
  • Invoice handling, sales order processing, and credit notes amongst a range of other admin tasks.
  • Liaising with other teams in the business to assist smooth operation.
  • Providing additional support to the team during busy periods.


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
  • Great customer-focused manner, effective communicator
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Able to demonstrate initiative.
  • Meticulous in terms of detail.

Working Hours

Full time, Monday to Friday
