This position offers a Monday to Friday shift pattern, providing the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role will be primarily administrative, with full training provided on specific systems, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and manage documentation.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating tasks.
- Maintain internal systems and databases.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other software to generate reports and track information.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and efficiently prioritize tasks.
Required
- Strong administrative skills and experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using computers, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
