About Our Client

We are currently working with a global food manufacturing company known for its extensive network of offices and production sites worldwide. This position offers a Monday to Friday shift pattern, providing the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role will be primarily administrative, with full training provided on specific systems, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and manage documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating tasks.
  • Maintain internal systems and databases.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other software to generate reports and track information.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and efficiently prioritize tasks.

Required

  • Strong administrative skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using computers, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working hours

Monday - Friday 37.5 hours - 6 months FTC
