Administrator

Our client is seeking a highly organised Invoicing & Business Support Administrator to join their busy finance team. This newly created role is ideal for someone with proven experience handling client invoices who is also confident providing wider administrative support across the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full invoicing process across all UK customer accounts.
  • Prepare, check, and issue customer invoices accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Validate timesheets and billing information, ensuring correct charge rates and approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documents to ensure consistency in billing methods.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure all invoicing data is complete and accurate.
  • Provide general business administration support, including document preparation, data entry, record management, and handling internal queries.

Required

  • Previous experience in an invoicing, billing, or accounts administration role.
  • Strong administrative background with confident organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and strong Excel skills.
  • Full driving licence.

Salary

£28,000 - £30,000

Location

Oakham (on-site role)
