Agronomist | Newbury

We are looking for a qualified Agronomist to join one of the largest crop production and grain marketing businesses in the UK.

The Role

You will provide a comprehensive service on all aspects of Crop Production. You will look to build a loyal and strong customer base and learn all about the products that the business has to achieve the best commercial and quality for your customers

Crop walking regularly and learn and understand your customers on-going needs

Build relationships with experienced Commercial Manager; building commercial understanding alongside technical knowledge

The candidate

You will have your FACTS and BASIS qualifications (While not essential) would be a great advantage

A strong desire to develop a career in Agronomy

Looking for candidates who have worked in agriculture and have a good understanding of the sector

Experience of working in farm management of a similar field would be highly desirable

Previous success dealing with farmers
