About Our Client

Our client is a fruit grower based in Cambridgeshire and they're looking for an Assistant Accountant to join the team in a role that would see you enhance your skills. This role is for someone who wants to grow and develop as the work.

About the Job

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will need to be adapt at sales and purchase ledger whilst having the abilities to pick up ad hoc work set out by the finance controller. Duties would include such things as; Assisting with the production of the Management Accounts, compiling information for company VAT returns, Uploading Payment Runs via on-line portals, Producing Management Information Reports and distribution of the same plus more.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be AAT qualified or Part qualified CIMA/ACCA and be looking for the opportunity to exposure to all aspects of Finance. Experience in the world of FMCG and knowledge of Prophet ERP system would be an advantage.
