What shall I be doing?

Within this role, you will be assisting with the management of the restaurant within the Garden Centre, dealing with all management on a day-to-day basis while stepping in for the Restaurant Manager when they are absent.

There is a team of 8 that you will be managing.

Who will I be working for?

You will be working for a family ran garden centre who are one of the biggest in the area, they have a real community feel within the centre and the team which is shown through repeat customers.

The company are now looking to really push forward with things and see how much they can grow, not only in the garden centre but also in the Café.

You

You will have previous experience within a Café or restaurant and have held management positions within these roles too.

Working pattern: Monday - Friday with a set day off in the week, every other weekend on a rota.
