You have already worked within garden retail or for an independent retailer and have a true passion for local, quality, and artisan products, but want to develop yourself further in management. You are trying to find an established, but growing business that will help further develop your skills and experience.

What will you be doing?

You will report into the Shop Manager, someone with years of experience and the time to develop you even further. You will assist in the day-to-day management of the indoor retail area and team, consisting of garden retail, bird food, pet food, garden sundries, and gift departments.

The business is a well-established family-run company with a quality feel to their store. They have a great reputation in the local area and are fan favourites with their customers, they require someone who has the ambition to be part of a growing business and truly cares about what they do.
