About our client

Our client is one of the leading home department stores full of innovative products with stores all over the UK. They are also a family-owned company with a large emphasis on customer service throughout all their stores as they are a big believer of the customer is at the center of everything that happens.

About the job

The role itself will be leading and managing an engaged team of colleagues to deliver extraordinary service to their customers, you will also be acting as Store Manager when the Store Manager is absent. You will also be responsible for training and coaching the new employees and making sure they stay at the level we require throughout.

This role is also in a sort after location so is perfect for the out-of-work life.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will come from a very similar background with experience within retail management and using KPIs. Being able to lead a team as well is a must, you will be responsible for their training and keeping the team motivated day by day. As well as all of this you will need to be a big people person as you will be dealing with them all day every day.
