Job Title: Assistant Technical Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Are you currently a Quality Manager or Assistant Technical Manager in the world of food manufacturing / fresh produce who is looking for a company with a great culture? This could be the opportunity you have been waiting for!

Within this role you will report into the Technical Manager and provide a crucial aspect to our clients Technical Team by ensuring customer standards are met and compliance is maintained across site. You will complete this via Internal and External audits, GMP, Preparing for BRC, and reporting any non-conformance to Production + Technical departments.

As the ideal candidate you will be a graduate within Food Science, have a willingness to learn, experience in a Quality Manager or Assistant Technical Manager position within the food manufacturing / fresh produce sectors and be passionate about driving forward quality and technical standards!

Having said this; Completion of a Lead Auditor course; knowledge of top retailer standards; Level 3 HACCP + Food Safety are all desirable!
