This role would be a great step up for anyone currently in a Quality Management role within Food Manufacturing who may see that step up to Technical Management as a bit too steep. You will be reporting into the Technical Manager, deputising in their absence to ensure the maintenance and improvement of Technical Systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Management of the Quality Team on site, ensuring training needs are met
• Ensure relevant standards are met in line with the QMS.
• Play an active hand in the HACCP Team to meet Food Safety, Quality, Legality and Customer standards
• Involvement in Technical KPIs + Specification Compliance
• Assist in Factory Trials + NPD/Process Projects
• Active involvement within customer visits, internal and external audits etc.

The Ideal candidate will come from a similar Technical or QA Management role within Food Manufacturing with strong people management skills,
