Our client is seeking a dedicated Farm Manager to take charge of daily operations, ensuring healthy, high-performing birds, exceptional standards and a motivated, developing team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Taking full responsibility for all farm operations, including bird welfare, health and safety, and producing top quality poultry that meets the highest standards

• Managing budgets and delivering on key financial and production targets

• Leading, coaching, and inspiring a dedicated team to create a positive, professional, and productive workplace

• Maintaining excellent farm standards, because first impressions matter, even in a rural setting

• Demonstrating a strong commitment to animal welfare in every decision and action

• Participating in our tailored Agriculture Academy to develop your skills and shape your future as part of the next generation of agricultural leaders

• Supporting and mentoring Assistant Farm Managers to help them grow into the farm managers of the future

What You Need

• Proven experience managing a broiler farm

• Strong financial understanding with the ability to manage budgets and make strategic decisions

• Confident leadership skills with a passion for developing people and encouraging collaboration

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• A solid understanding of environmental compliance and sustainable farm practices

• A full UK driving licence
