About the Role

This role will involve growing and maintaining a busy pipeline within the plastic packaging industry. You will be required to go and seek new business opportunities and 'knock down doors' to achieve results and maximise sales. Business development is a key aspect of this position, you will be expected to set up meetings and plan your time effectively to ensure you are in front of the right people at the right time.

The Ideal Candidate

For this role, the ideal candidate will need good technical understanding with ability to support product development and present technically complex products. The candidate will need to be able to actively seek new business and be able to influence decisions. It is important that they have in depth knowledge & experience dealing with premium branded packaging manufacturers. They must also need to be able to plan their days effectively, have strong customer service skills and be able to handle objections.
