You'll know what a business development role is all about. You'll go and win new business, grow accounts, and increase sales. In this particular case, you'll join a division of a business that focuses on pursuing new business opportunities within UK Retail.
Ideally, you'll have proven experience in private label business development, sales, or account management. You will already have a strong understanding of major players and market trends as well as a strong network established within the UK Retail sector.
By now you'll be wanting to know more about the company… They have been developing frozen healthy vegetarian meals for over 30 years as well as offering a diverse range of products that are well known in the food service industry. Under Private Labels, they also develop products with retailers handling everything from manufacturing to packaging.
What's more… With 5 production sites based in the Netherlands and one in Denmark, this role will provide the opportunity for regular travel to Europe.
This is a fully autonomous role and will suit someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on winning business. You'll have loads of freedom to build a sales pipeline and flexible working to work around you to deliver results. A background in frozen food would be a real bonus too!
