About the Job

The Operations Director has ultimate responsibility for the planning, coordination and control of all growing, production and order fulfilment processes. Optimising both team and production performance is paramount for this role to deliver at the exceptional service levels required by the business

The Ideal Candidate

You must be straight out of the 'top drawer' to be a successful candidate and need to be a sophisticated senior operations expert but also highly people centric. You must have ideally fresh produce / short shelf life knowledge and experience.
