The role:

The company I am currently working with is looking to grow their team and overall size of operation due to an increase in business, which means if successful you could get a step ahead in a fruitful career within a growing industry.

You will be working closely with the Supervisors and Cellar Manager daily to ensure all production operations take place to the highest of standards within a timely fashion.

This role will also include the opportunity to work within different facilities allowing you to diversify your skillset hence broadening any development opportunities.

You will also find yourself responsible for the personal training of new team members to a point where they can functionally operate within the team.

What you will need:

* Previous experience working within the industry is not essential, but it is sought after,
* The ability to communicate and operate successfully within a team will be essential.
* Experience working within a similar environment, such as a food Production facility, Packhouse or Warehouse will be beneficial.
* An interest in the industry is sought after.
