Commercial Account Handler

We are working with a forward thinking and well-respected rural business that is looking to add to its team of account handlers with some fresh talent. They have been operating in the local community for a number of years and have a great reputation amongst the rural population for being honest and personal.

The Job:
This role will be relatively complex and include a number of varying tasks which include administration of general policies for commercial clients during mid-term alterations and renewals alongside various renewals for smaller agricultural businesses alike. In both of these situations you will be demonstrating your relevant and strong knowledge in the rural sector, which is what the business is renowned for.

Customer service and maintaining great relationships are a crucial part of this position as it maintains a positive relationship with clients both corporate and smaller business. Handling general enquiries, new quotes and policy alterations will become your day-to-day, so organisation and prioritisation is crucial to the position.

The Successful Candidate:
To be successful in this position, you will have the following:
Ideally a background or experience in claims handling, but this is not essential.
Driven, efficient and well organised will help you with dealing with regular in bound work and following leads, along with maintaining a steady completion rate.
Great relationship building, Microsoft Office and numeracy skills will enable you to work effectively and well with a team.
