The role
This is a senior role in the commercial team, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and other business leaders. You'll be managing key retail accounts, shaping commercial strategy, and seeking out new opportunities to continue to get the best return.

It's a mix of account management, strategy and business development and you'll have the autonomy to leverage your background in a similar role to make good things happen.

What you'll need
You'll already have experience in account management or commercial roles within fresh produce, FMCG or agriculture. A strong grasp of the UK retail landscape is key, along with proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Analytical, commercially minded and resilient, you'll also need the ability to balance immediate priorities with long-term strategy.
