About the Company:-

Part of an international group of businesses, they are the flagship company for the group and have lead the way with system and process improvements, ensuring they are set up in a way to deliver the best possible results to their customers. They are a vertically integrated, Creative, Design and Print business who provide the Horticulture industry with a full range of Creative and Print services.
About the Role:-
Due to internal changes, they are looking to replace their outgoing Commercial Manager . You will be responsible for 2 teams in core areas of the business. You will have the overview of the Commercial and Procurement activities in the business and ensuring the link between stock and warehouse is strong. You will sit on the Management Team in the business and provide the MD with the support he requires in that capacity. You will always be looking for ways to improve and do things better. They don't like to sit still and have a history of continuously pushing change for the better.
The Ideal Person:-
Print experience is a secondary requirement for this role. More important, is the ability (and past experience) to manage a commercial team. You will know how to get the best out of people and foster this environment throughout. You will be able to take a creative approach to challenges you face and engage fully with you team. If you had a working knowledge of supermarkets or multi chain retailers, this would again be an advantage, but is not critical. Experience in horticulture would be an advantage as well.
