The role:

• Complete Technical Compliance tasks supporting the General Packhouse Manager.
• Responsible for the Quality Control team to ensure all products are compliant with standards.
• Focus on Production KPIs improving efficiency and reducing packaging waste.
• Work with and deputize for the Planning and Packing Manager.

The person:

• A can-do attitude with a flexible and dynamic approach
• Understanding of fresh produce specifications
• Experience in Production Environment
