The client

We are working with a UK market leading precision crop production service provider who offers services and advice to growers to improve their performance and business. An opportunity has arisen to join their Applications team in Newbury, however location can be flexible for the right candidate.

The role

The role will be to communicate with customers to gather key information for the processing of the fertilizer recommendations. Respond to, monitor and resolve customer and sales team enquires. Confidently apply technical knowledge to support customers. You will also be involved in processing of fertilizer recommendations and the use of MS Office to manipulate data and format data.

The candidate

Someone who can demonstrate an ability to provide good customer service and who is confident and professional on the phone with good communication skills is required. Having an agricultural background would be helpful or if you had dealt with growers / farmers in the past. The business is happy to put anyone successful through their FACTS and all training will be provided.
