About Our Client
We are working with a very forward thinking e-Commerce business who have a very impressive track record and are leaders in their field. They have a significant volume of orders which they process through their own platform and pride themselves on their high Trust Pilot rating. This has been achieved through supportive and effective customer service and they are looking for someone to add to this team.

About the Job
You will be the voice of the company. The first person that customers hear when they call customer services. The business takes this responsibility very seriously and expect you to as well. Due to the significant number of orders they send out, the nature of the product they work with and the 3rd party logistics businesses they work with, there are inevitably a relatively small number of orders which don't arrive in the condition intended. In addition to taking orders, upselling and general enquiries, you will be responsible for managing these scenarios effectively and calmly.

The Ideal Candidate
Past experience is less important than attitude and personality. If you have a background in Customer Services and understand how CRM systems work, it would be a distinct advantage. However, it is more important to prove that you can work effectively under pressure and manage tricky situations in an appropriate way. You will be based in their new offices with a choice between early or later shift covering 8am to 8pm. You will also be working weekend cover on a rota, roughly 1 in 4 but this could change.
