They work with many growers and factories around the world to source the best quality dried, preserved, fresh and faux products.

About the Role

This role will be mainly focused on customer enquiries and promoting the range of products that the company offers. You will be required to liaise with customers over the phone and through webchat whilst checking and processing orders to meet deadlines. All whilst maintaining a strong level of customer service. You may also be tasked with Tracking orders and answering all customer queries including product returns. All whilst working as part of a fun and dynamic team.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will need to have Experience and passion for homeware/floral sector with knowledge of aesthetics and design trends. Good organisational and administrative skills with a high attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate results. As well as strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
