Customer Support Representative

What You Will Be Doing
I am looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the Shropshire depot, covering the West Midlands and South West. You will:
Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
Provide aftersales support including machine set up, optimisation, and operator training.
Promote products, services, and digital solutions to help customers improve efficiency.
Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales teams to deliver customer focused solutions.
What You Need
Experience in farm management, agronomy, or agricultural engineering (potato industry knowledge a bonus).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable with Word, Excel, and agricultural machinery.
UK driving licence (with trailer towing).
Willingness to work flexibly and occasionally carry out light lifting.
