About the Job

You will provide a professional technical service to a specific retail client, you will drive the technical agender and vision forward for your customer. You will ensure that all products are in line with customer codes of practice.

Working closely with other team members you will keep up to date with technical innovation and lead from a technical perspective

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a proven track record of working in a customer-facing technical manager position. You will be a strong leader and have experience of managing a team

You will need to be creative with good problem solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. The organisational culture will suit you if you are proactive, confident in using your initiative and a strong decision-maker.
