 Are you an experienced Technologist working within food or fresh produce ? If so, we want to hear from you. 
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary technical contact for a customer account.
- Data Analysis: Conduct routine analysis and provide KPI reports.
- Product Improvement: Monitor and enhance product and process performance using QMS data.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure accurate customer specifications and participate in grower visits.
- Project Participation: Contribute to projects and meet deadlines.
- Documentation: Assist in technical document creation and KPI reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Work with Technical Managers, Commercial teams, and NPD.
Experience & Skills
- Perception: Understands technical data and colleagues' needs.
- Communication: Effectively communicates to influence and inform.
- Judgment: Generates ideas and makes logical decisions.
- Motivation: Proactive in completing tasks and taking initiative.

The Ideal Candidate
- For this role, you could be a Senior QA or a Product Manager within a food or fresh produce business. You will have a proven track record of driving quality standards forward and improving processes within a business. You will build good working relationships internal and externally within the business.
