A leading and rapidly growing business within the fresh produce sector is looking to appoint a Customer Technologist to support the delivery of customer-focused technical and innovation projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-driven fresh produce technologist who enjoys working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with fresh produce customers, suppliers and internal teams.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting technical documentation and customer-led projects, ensuring products meet both customer expectations and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Support customer technical projects, including NPD, packaging changes and product launches
• Coordinate shelf-life trials and product testing
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and code sheets
• Manage artwork and labelling approvals to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Assist with internal audits and technical reviews
• Work collaboratively with customers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver technical standards and project objectives
