Having worked in food manufacturing as a development chef, I know variety is key to creativity. This role will certainly give you that as it is working across different categories and with different customers.

Being a qualified chef or having worked in development before you will need to thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and know that being a team player who is adaptable, approachable, and resilient is a no-brainer.

Absolutely my client needs your foodie passion and creative flair otherwise why would you be reading this, but they need this to be combined with commercial savvy and show a willingness to learn and grow into the role - at the end of the day, every day is a school day right?
