About our Client

Our client is a leading packer of fresh produce into the retail sector. Due to growth within the business, this is a brand new role, where you will be responsible for leading the ethical strategy for the business.

About the Role

In this role as Ethical Manager, you will support the Head of Technical with the delivery of the Ethical strategy for the business, making sure the business is compliant on human rights and modern slavery as set out in the ETI code. Manage and coordinate the publication of sustainability impact reports.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Ethical Manager and you will previously worked in an ethical compliance role. You will have a great eye for detail, have excellent IT skills and have proven project management skills along with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Ideally, you will have worked either in food or fresh produce and have an understanding of food safety and good knowledge of legislation
