We're looking for a sharp, proactive Resourcer to join our executive team and help us identify, engage, and nurture world-class leadership talent.

You'll be the right hand of our Associate Director, helping to map out industries, uncover hidden talent, and build the kind of relationships that put us in the same league as Spencer Stuart and Korn Ferry - but with our own unique flair.

What you'll be doing:

• Digging deep into markets and organisations to find the best leadership talent.
• Crafting smart, compelling outreach that gets a response.
• Managing communication and keeping candidates engaged and informed.
• Creating shortlists and building the foundations of a top-tier exec pipeline.

Who you are:

• Organised, curious, and persistent - someone who gets a buzz from uncovering hard-to-find talent.
• Experienced in recruitment or sourcing, with a professional communication style.
• Able to juggle multiple assignments and never let details slide.
• Keen to learn, grow, and work closely with experienced exec recruiters.
